Good to know
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. Annual plans are prepaid for 12 months and include two free months and no setup fee.
Do you only ask happy customers for reviews?
No. We ask every customer. Google's rules don't allow picking only happy customers, and the FTC has warned that doing so can be deceptive. Asking everyone keeps your profile safe and your reviews believable.
Can you guarantee I'll rank first or show up in ChatGPT?
No one can honestly promise that. What we can do is make sure every source these tools read about you is complete, accurate, consistent, and backed by steady reviews. That's what gives you the best chance.
What if I don't have a Facebook Page or Google profile?
We'll create it. Google verification sometimes needs a postcard, call, or video from you, and we'll walk you through it.
Who owns my Google and Facebook accounts?
You do, always. We work as a manager on your profiles, and you can remove our access at any time. Nothing changes on your profiles without your approval.
How much of my time does this take?
Most of the work is ours. At the start, you give us manager access to your profiles, share your customer list, and approve your review request message. After that, you approve review replies and read your monthly report.
